MAKE SURE YOUR RETURN MEETS CERTAIN QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE SENDING

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly return it to our store within 14 days from the date of delivery to receive store credit exclusively.

 

Requirements for All Returned Items

Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. They should be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, without make-up stains, and odor-free. Shoes need to be placed back in their original box. Any defective items or order problems must be reported within 3 days of delivery; otherwise, no credit will be given. Returns sent to us after 14 days will be refused and sent back to the sender. Extra postage will be needed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

There are certain items that are NON-RETURNABLE. These items include: Halloween costumes, sale items, accessories, undergarments, lingerie, holiday sleepwear, bodysuits, toys, games, lubricants, all/any items ending in $.95 and intimate products WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED & CANNOT BE RETURNED/ EXCHANGED.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES

After your package as been accepted, you will receive a store credit as a “Pleasure Zone E-gift card” within 3-4 business days through email. The E-gift card has no expiration date and can be used with any current promo code. Please remember that any shipping fees paid when you placed the order will not be part of the store credit, as those fees cover the delivery service already provided.

RESTOCKING FEE

Our store policy implements a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total credit amount and the remaining balance will be applied to your e-gift card.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We always recommend using a service that provides a tracking number when returning a package to ensure delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING LABELS FOR RETURNS.

HOW TO RETURN

Repack the item(s) in it’s original packaging and add a note inside package with order number and address the return to the address below.

We accept all major shipping providers so ship with your choice of carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL)
