7. What is the return and exchange policy for intimate apparel?
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate items such as lingerie, bodysuits, bodystockings, hosiery, pasties, and adult novelties are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn. Unworn shoes, costumes, and accessories in original condition with tags and packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within the posted return window. 8. What are your store hours and where are you located?
Pleasure Zone is at 5705 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77057, in the Galleria/Uptown area. Hours are Monday through Wednesday 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), Thursday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). We keep late hours so you can shop on your schedule.
9. Is there parking, and is it easy to find the store?

10. Can I buy online and pick up in store?
